By using Vendor Scout, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account details secure. You must be honest about your identity and the services or events you list. Listing fees will take effect early in 2027 or when Admin feels there is sufficient site traffic.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vendor Scout for unlawful purposes, to mislead other users, or to disrupt the platform. Listings and messages must be accurate and respectful.

Collaborations

Vendor Scout helps you connect, but any agreement you reach with another user is between you and them. We are not a party to those arrangements and are not responsible for their outcome.

Monetisation

For a limited time, Vendor Scout will be offering our full services and features absolutely FREE! This is a platform designed to produce a seamless workflow and easy communications for Event Hosts and Event Vendors. Whilst we are building our community and working with you to create Australia's BEST vendor hire business, we can't see the sense in monetising our product.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendor Scout is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
